League seat plans are purchased by the org admin from the league dashboard and cover every coach on staff. Solo coaches: joining your organization first is cheaper than the individual plan.
Questions
What bracket formats are supported?
Single elimination, pool play into a bracket, and round robin, each with an optional third-place game. Double elimination and Swiss formats aren't available yet.
How are pool tiebreakers decided?
By standings points (3 for a win, 1 for a draw where the sport allows draws), then head-to-head between two tied teams, then point differential with each game's margin capped by sport (15 for basketball, 3 for soccer, 10 otherwise), then fewest points allowed. Teams still level after that are the director's call.
How do families get the photos?
Photographers on your tournament staff publish their galleries under the event. Once the tournament is published, one public link lists every gallery by court and each game's section. Each photographer sets their own prices.
Does the director see photo sales?
No. The Photos tab shows which galleries and games have photos; only each photographer sees their own sales.
How much does it cost?
One tournament per season is free. Coach Pro ($29/month or $249/year) or a League Pro seat makes tournaments unlimited.
