Questions
Do I need an account to buy photos?
Not on the web — open the gallery link, pay with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and download. In the iPhone app, purchases go through the App Store.
How much do photos cost?
Standard prices are $3.99 for one photo, $12.99 for five and $49.99 for every photo in a gallery. Photographers can set their own prices, and your selection is always priced at the cheapest combination.
Is the full gallery a season pass?
No. It buys every photo in that gallery at the time you buy — one gallery, one purchase. Photos added later aren't included.
How are photos matched to my child?
Only if you opt in. You add a headshot, and facial recognition plus jersey-number reading sort game photos to your child's gallery. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Can I have my child removed from a photo?
Yes. Game galleries have a link to request removal, and you can always email support@rokstrsports.com. A photo is hidden as soon as a removal request is received, and then reviewed.
