Delete your account & data
You can request deletion of your Rokstr Sports account and the personal data associated with it. This page works even if you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in.
What gets deleted
- Your account, login, profile details, and avatar
- Youth athletes you manage, their roster info, and consent records
- Your team & organization memberships, messages, and direct messages
- Any facial-recognition / selfie-search data linked to your account
What we retain (and why)
Purchase and payment records are kept in anonymized form (with your personal identity removed) where required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance. Photos you purchased remain available to you until deletion is complete.
Timeline
Requests are verified and processed within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Signed in? You can delete your account instantly from Account → Delete Account in the app, or from your dashboard on the web. Use the form below if you can't sign in.
